The Leadership Edge training was phenomenal! I learned some valuable things about my personal and professional goals. I learned the true definition of leadership! This was one of the best trainings I have attended in a long time. I felt like I put some tools into my toolbox, which will be helpful. I will be returning to the second and third leadership pieces of training. Thank you KLC and the trainers!

I attended Your Leadership Edge in person at the Kansas Leadership Center this past week. To get the most out of the 2-day program, read When Everyone Leads AND Your Leadership Edge before attending (I only read When Everyone Leads). They cover some of the material during the presentations, but seem to work from the angle that you are already familiar with the information in both books. The presenters foster an atmosphere where you are encouraged to go all-in and really challenge yourself to work on your "edge," while also employing the skills that already make you successful. They model the principals, tools, and strategies during the presentations, and there are small group break outs where you get to work on your "challenge" through the YLE framework which is great practical application work.
I was one out of a handful attendees from the "for-profit" business sector. I highly encourage more businesses to invest in their people, their company, and their community by sending their employees to this conference!
The KLC leadership pathway is an incredible experience full of detailed learning, self-exploration, and connection. I highly recommend KLC resources to everyone - we're all leaders in one way or another!
It was amazing!!! I wish the staff at the place of my employment could’ve also been apart! I learned so much, meet alot of new people!!! The information was well needed and well thought out! I attended Your Leadership Edge this week in Kansas City, Kansas. This program through Kansas Leadership Center is jam-packed with valuable information about leadership and provides large, medium, and small group opportunities to engage and learn. It was awesome to have so many different groups represented in the room including government, education, non-profits, churches, and business leaders. Whatever your position in any group or organization, everyone can learn something in this program. I am glad I committed the time and energy to attend this week!
This leadership conference was exceptionally useful. The 6-person group experience was very rich with the discussion maturing in amazing ways as we did the exercises. The larger group meetings were great background for these small group experiences. I highly recommend this course to lead better in all aspects and stages of life.
This training was informational, useful, and exciting! The facilitators were engaging and well-informed. The facility is clean and nice. The curriculum is well organized, easy to follow, and compatible with ANY job position or situation in life. Overall, this was an incredible 2 days and I loved the plethora of people I met who are from so many different backgrounds & company sectors. I learned a lot I can implement both immediately and long-term. Wonderful work KLC! I would only suggest a 3rd day simply because I loved learning and talking with everyone, but it is not necessary to get the most out of this program.
